Web3 Data Privacy Analyst

For our Sofia office the Information Security team is looking for a dynamic, experienced Data Privacy Analyst. You will work alongside with the Chief Information Security Officer and support a top-of-class Security program.

Responsibilities:

• Handling DSRs;
• Drafting privacy related documents including policies, procedures, and opinions
• Supporting the Data Privacy Managers and the Data Protection Officer in their daily work.

• Experience in:
  • Dealing with DSRs.
  • Drafting privacy related documents.
• Knowledge of the EU Privacy Regulatory framework (including but not limited to CJEU jurisprudence and guidelines issued by the ICO and WP29/EDPB).
• Eagerness to learn in the fast-changing environment of the Fintech industry.
• Excellent communication culture in a diverse multinational environment.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.

The following will be considered as an advantage:

• Compliance experience/knowledge in the field of relevant EU financial legislation.
• Relevant information privacy certificate(s) preferred, including but not limited to CIPP/E and CIPT.
• Experience with compliance management platforms preferred (e.g. One Trust and Data Guidance).
• Dealing with requests for information from law enforcement authorities.
• Performing Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Knowledge of the privacy regulatory frameworks of the USA, Brazil, Canada, Australia.
