<span >We are seeking an Innovation Sr Specialist to join our Fraud Prevention team. This dynamic role is at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, requiring a proactive approach to design, prioritize, and pursue the delivery of a roadmap of impactful projects aimed at mitigating fraud risks. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and onboarding teams to create seamless, secure user experiences while protecting the organization and its customers from fraud.

Who You Are
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Based in Mexico.
- Proven experience in project management, product management, or fraud prevention.
- Strong understanding of fraud risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and prioritization frameworks.
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools and technologies is a plus.
- Key Skills: Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in presenting ideas and strategies to leadership and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and their intersection with fraud risks.
What You Will Do
- Roadmap Development
- Build and prioritize a roadmap of fraud prevention projects aligned with company objectives.
- Foster discussions with Product and Engineering on potential solutions to the main challenges the Fraud Prevention team faces.
- Identify and prioritize innovative solutions to address emerging fraud risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, development, and onboarding teams to ensure integration of fraud prevention measures into products and processes.
- Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders for alignment and communication.
- Program Execution
- Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness, working together with Product teams.
- Monitor outcomes and adjust based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Innovation & Research
- Stay updated on industry trends and pilot new technologies to enhance fraud prevention capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement

- Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and communicate progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
