About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is equally comfortable building sleek, high-performance frontends as they are architecting secure and scalable backends.

You’ll join our Platform Development Team, which owns the full stack of our internal and external digital infrastructure. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and developing end-to-end solutions that power Kairon Labs’ trading tools, analytics dashboards, and internal systems.


What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack applications.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code across the stack.
  • Help ensure good performance, reliability, and security by following best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to transform business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and improve code quality.
  • Stay up to date with new tools and technologies that could improve our workflows or systems.


What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in development, with knowledge of React and Python.
  • Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Some experience debugging, improving existing code, and working on production systems.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring junior engineers and working effectively in distributed teams.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and able to manage your time in a remote-first setup.


Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

  • Experience in the crypto or blockchain ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Rust, particularly in building performant backend services.
  • Experience managing engineering projects.
