About decent.land

decent.land is a seed stage project building in the multichain social and identity space on Arweave, NEAR and EVM. We are backed by Arweave, LD Capital, Longhash, and more.

Our tech stack mostly consists of JavaScript (Node / Next, React.js) and TailwindCSS. Frontends interface with Solidity, Arweave SmartWeave Contracts / exm.dev, and the NEAR JavaScript SDK.

About you

At decent.land, you will be at work full-time building UIs and JS backends for our protocols that interact with the Arweave / NEAR blockchains. Ideally, we’re looking for a developer who’s comfortable with React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and who’s also willing to pick up new libraries and skills along the way. Knowing how blockchains work is a big plus.

Since we’re a distributed team spanning several timezones, it’s crucial to be able to communicate updates and blockers regularly.

The position is remote, but we need at least a few hours of overlap with European timezones to be able to work effectively.

Payment will be distributed monthly in crypto.
