Web3 Head of Community - Discord Manager

Key responsibilites:

• Develop and lead the overall communications strategy of CGU on Discord.
• Get creative with community activations, organize events and contests on Discord.
• Mentor and lead all Discord moderators within CGU.
• Communicate with Marketing and PR teams to streamline major CGU updates and news.
• Interview, Mentor and Lead all Discord moderators within CGU.

Skills and Qualifications

• Web3 native with a deep understanding and interest in crypto and Play2Earn.
• Experience in building a community in Discord or other platforms.
• Excellent writing/editing and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous management/leadership experience, preferably running a multifaceted team of specialized individuals.
• Extreme focus on quality of work and a strong eye for detail.

• Salary based on experience
• Reporting to the Global Operations Manager
• Remote work, can be in any timezone or location
