Web3 Head of Product Management - DeFi Payments

HEAD OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Innovative unicorn startup offering tremendous room for growth, and the opportunity to own the product is seeking to hire a Head of Product within DeFi and Crypto. Offering an impressive compensation package estimating at 575k-700k. Firm currently comprised of of individuals from disrupters such as Coinbase, Alibaba, Robinhood, Apple, AMEX, Visa etc. professionals so I thought it was worth reaching out to you.

The ideal Head of Product will build the strategic vision and related roadmap for the company. They will build up their product expertise and work with the development team to share requirements, prioritize and deliver key features, functionality, and innovation. Assist as a central point of contact in the product organization for sales, development, marketing, and other cross functional groups and business units.

The role is 100% remote!!

Role:

• Developing product vision & strategy for the pillar & champion it internally.
• Build & implement a comprehensive & unified roadmap across product development teams.

Essential skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 3+ years experience with DeFi highly preferred.
• Expertise working with seeing a product through from ideation to shipping within marketplaces.
• Hands on professional experience with DeFi products and blockchain development.

Beneficial skills:

• Experience with cross border payments.

Compensation:

Our client is looking at a range of $145-190k on the base, impressive stock option/RSU plan with a highly competitive bonus play to bring this in-line with current market expectations.
