Web3 Head of Social

What you’ll be doing:

• Effectively communicate relevant information from the core team to social media channels  (Twitter, YouTube, Discord).
• Develop and manage captivating and vibrant digital and social media content that’s relevant to our audience, grows our ecosystem, generates awareness and drives traffic.
• Keep a regular pulse on the crypto/blockchain space as it relates to Aleo’s core goals.
• Interact with local trends and news on Twitter from “Aleo’s perspective.”
• Present and implement strategies to grow our Twitter communities.
• Create engaging visual storytelling, specifically regarding idea conception and art directing for short-form digital and social content for AleoHQ and Aleo Community Twitter accounts.
• Manage content calendar including posting cadence and the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
• Work with the team to help plan and coordinate a broader marketing strategy.
• Engage with the Twitter community in a timely manner.
• Present periodic reports to the Head of Community and Head of Growth with recommendations and insights based on analysis of implemented social media campaigns.

What we look for in you:

• Experience in (or understanding of) the broader blockchain and Web3 ecosystems as well as the zk space.
• Previous experience as a social media manager is strongly preferred
• Previous experience with growing social media accounts is strongly preferred
• Must be able to both work independently and collaborate with remote team members
• Native or fluent English
