We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Account Executive to build, manage, and scale our affiliate program for Tradeify's new crypto proprietary trading division. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliates within the crypto ecosystem, developing strong relationships with existing partners, and optimizing program performance to drive high-quality trader acquisitions. This is a crucial role for establishing Tradeify Crypto's presence and attracting top crypto trading talent to our platform. You'll report directly to the Director of Partnerships.

The Opportunity
- Affiliate Program Development: Strategize, build, and launch a comprehensive affiliate marketing program tailored for the crypto trading community, including commission structures, terms and conditions, and marketing assets optimized for crypto-native audiences.
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates within the crypto ecosystem, including crypto influencers (CT/Crypto Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), trading educators, Discord/Telegram community leaders, DeFi content creators, and relevant Web3 communities.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and performance feedback. Navigate the fast-paced, always-on nature of crypto communities.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI across crypto-specific channels.
- Content & Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns tailored for crypto affiliate partners—understanding the unique tone, memes, and culture of the space.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to relevant compliance guidelines and provide regular reports on program performance, key metrics, and insights.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends in crypto affiliate marketing, competitor strategies (including firms like Breakout), emerging platforms, and the evolving needs of our target audience of crypto traders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager/Account Executive or in a similar partnership development role, with a strong track record of building and growing successful affiliate programs.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting and managing a diverse portfolio of affiliates, ideally within crypto, fintech, or trading verticals.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and performance metrics.
- Native fluency in crypto culture—you understand CT, Discord communities, Telegram alpha groups, and the influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
- A genuine passion for cryptocurrency, trading, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
Nice to Haves
- Experience marketing to crypto traders or within the prop trading landscape specifically.
- Existing relationships with crypto influencers, trading educators, or community leaders.
- Familiarity with crypto prop firms and their evaluation/funding models.
- Experience with specific affiliate marketing software or networks relevant to the crypto/financial industry.
- Personal trading experience in crypto perpetuals, spot, or DeFi.
