HR/Payroll Administrative Assistant, Blockchain

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to take over HR and Payroll activities for a team of 20-30 employees. This person will report to the founder directly while the job involves communication with company employees and new hires.

This is a full-time position that is 100% remote. Work from anywhere in the world. EU time zone is preferable.

Responsibilities

HR functions:

• Create and manage a simple system for maintaining and updating employee records
• Prepare instructions for HR policies and procedures
• Collect new employees’ data and help prepare contracts with lawyers
• Collect vacation and sick leave data, consult employees on the process
• Assist employees in getting residence permits in different jurisdictions, be the main contact for agencies and services involved in the process (Deel, Remote, etc.)
• Book and arrange travel itineraries, transport, and accommodation for the team members participating in the conferences
• Coordinate activities with event management contractors to organize events at the conferences

Payroll functions:

• Assist in the payroll process, help employees to issue invoices, explain nuances of invoicing for individuals and companies
• Assist in paying salaries using bank accounts and/or cryptocurrency wallets

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR, administrative, or executive assistant
• PC proficiency and experience in various management software services
• Cryptocurrency literacy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Desire to establish and streamline business processes
• Experience with no code automation software will be a plus (Airtable, Zapier, Slack workflows, etc.)
• English language fluency
