Web3 IT Support Engineer Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer Intern to join the IT team in our Dallas Office. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech and crypto environment, working alongside experienced professionals on real business initiatives. You will contribute to meaningful projects that support global IT operations and the end-user technology environment, while developing practical skills and gaining exposure to how a global technology company operates. Duration: 6-month internship with potential for permanent employment WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support day-to-day activities and projects within the IT support team. Assist in delivering initiatives related to: 

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Setting up new employees' workstations and getting them up to speed. Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment, keeping our data safe and systems running smoothly. Work closely with the IT team to improve processes and increase operational efficiency. Administer and support cloud-based tools including Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management), 1Password, Notion, and Slack and many more.

Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Legal Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, etc. Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders. Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology-driven businesses.
