About the role:
As a Blockchain Developer on our DeFi team, you'll work directly within our DeFi team to develop and implement strategies for liquidity provision, yield optimization, and automated trading across various DeFi protocols. You'll help build robust systems that interact with multiple blockchain networks while ensuring security, efficiency, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software that interacts with blockchain networks.
- Implement trading strategies across DeFi protocols (DEXs, lending platforms, yield aggregators).
- Create tools for wallet management, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment.
- Optimize code for efficiency, reliability, and gas/transaction fee management.
- Collaborate with trading and research teams to implement new strategies.
- Stay current with DeFi ecosystem developments and identify new opportunities.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices for security.
Required Skills and experience:

- A self starter - able to take and own a problem and, by seeking assistance where needed, follow it through to resolution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and consensus mechanisms.
- Experience interacting with blockchain networks via RPC nodes.
- Practical knowledge of cryptocurrency wallets and key management.
- Familiarity with major DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Aave, Compound, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
- Experience with secure coding practices and cryptographic principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solidity.
- Knowledge of Solana Virtual Machine and Rust programming.
- Previous work in cryptocurrency trading, market making, or financial services.
- Experience with algorithmic trading systems.
- Contributions to blockchain or DeFi open-source projects.
- Understanding of market microstructure and trading concepts.
