Our P2P trading team is looking for experienced and exceptional business development managers. The ultimate goal is to build a top-notch international team.
What you will be doing:
- Planning BD strategic goals and execution
- Task Design for the entire Middle Office Team
- Campaign and product alignment and prioritisation
- Setting guidelines for BDs ways of working, comms, structure
- Manage new affiliate leads, identify high potential leads and reassign to Business Development Managers
- Prepare and analyse affiliates and leads performance reports and generate insights for improvements
- Manage CRM system, email templates and sequences, pipeline workflow, affiliate onboarding, broker onboarding
- Manage SOP, Team Task Management, Team Meetings, OKR Progress Tracking
- Improve affiliate data tracking
You’d be a great fit if you have the following skills:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experience in CRM system such as Hubspot or Salesforce
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as QuickBI, Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Experience in managing large affiliate networks
