RECUR is hiring a Manager, Web Frontend Engineering (Remote)
Compensation: $45k - $70k estimated
Location: MA Boston, Massachusetts, United States
RECUR needs a manager and technical leader to lead a team of web engineers. At RECUR you will build and manage a team of 3-6 engineers responsible for building our web front end platform and features to provide the best possible user experience for our customers.

What you will do at RECUR
- Build and lead a small agile team of 3-6 software engineers
- Work closely with other engineering team leaders to align on dependencies and integrate deliverables
- Collaborate directly and daily with our product design team to arrive at the best possible user experience
- Ensure that your team is aligned with product management and overall product goals
- Continuously coach and mentor members of your team
- Up our game, identify ways we can improve across the broader engineering and product teams, and make it happen
- Institute RECUR ownership culture into your team by enabling them to execute and innovate
What you bring to RECUR
- You have 8+ years developing software, preferably building sophisticated web user interfaces used by hundreds of thousands to millions of users
- You have managed small software engineering teams within an agile development environment
- You are an expert in JavaScript, HTM5 and CSS3
- You have significant experience with React, Tailwind and REST APIs
- You have experience building and deploying software in the cloud, preferably AWS
- You are a strong believer in test automation and software engineers “owning” all aspects of quality
- You seek to make each developer as productive as possible using the right tools with the right amount of process
- You have a passion for building great user experiences that impress and delight
- You have an interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs
- You are legally eligible to work in the USA or Canada
