You find reward in helping people accomplish their goals and build their futures. You are extremely ethical and fair and you understand that people are a company's most valuable asset. You know the ins-and-outs of provincial and federal employment regulations, and how best to apply them in a flexible, non-bureaucratic environment. You are a team-player and a self-starter. 

Working with all levels of the business, your role will incorporate management of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between!
