Recruitment background / purpose

Product Designer - Remote

We are looking for a Product Designer who will lead the design of the new Enterprise Blockchain Products while also defining the branding for each client implementation.

Key duties, responsibilities

1. Design web and mobile experiences from scratch that are simple and intuitive.
2. Work on enterprise projects based on the blockchain technology in a small team to iteratively improve user experience.
3. Understand user needs and translate these into user journeys and interfaces.
4. Close collaboration with Engineers, Product Managers and external stakeholders.
5. Take part in frequent product meetings to perform product ideation, market research and UX brainstorming.
6. Collaboration with other Product Designers to continuously define and improve EMURGO’s design process and tooling.

Job Requirements(Skills, knowledge, experience, humanity, etc.）

1. 3+ years as a Product Designer or UX Designer for Enterprise solutions.
2. Online portfolio showing experience designing web or mobile applications.
3. Experience working in a technical environment with Engineers and Product Managers.
4. Fluency in Sketch or Figma and prototyping tools
5. Interest in Cardano or other blockchains.
