Web3 Product Designer

Company Background: NiftyApes is an NFT lending protocol that's rethinking NFT lending from the ground up. We're a distributed team of 8 who move quickly and come from diverse backgrounds. We have received $4.2 million in funding from Coinbase Ventures, Variant Fund, and FinTech Collective, as well as the founders of some of the leading NFT marketplaces in the crypto industry.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced product designer to join our team on a 3-month contract-to-hire basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• UI design
• Design systems and refinement
• Leading and assisting with usability tests
  
  

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in product design, preferably at a tech company, and a strong understanding of CSS (a bonus if you also know React). You should also have a track record of collaborating closely with engineering teams to bring creative ideas to life, as you'll be working closely with our engineering team.

In addition, we are looking for someone with an iterative approach to design, using data and feedback to influence product design. You should be able to provide examples of this in your work history.

If you have a proven ability to design user-friendly products that drive business growth, we want to hear from you. No prior crypto experience required.

Salary: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Requirements

• 2+ years of design experience
• CSS
• React (optional, but a plus)
• Experience working with engineering teams
