Organized in 2018, NUTS Finance is a blockchain development DAO focuses on building secure, composable and open source technology to enable financial applications on the blockchain.

Through multiple projects, our aim is to deliver the working elements that can help shape the emerging crypto economy. We have delivered several protocols & dApps in EVM and Substrate ecosystems.

With fresh funding and the upcoming launch of Tapio & Taiga, the inaugural synthetic asset protocol designed to provide efficient liquidity for uniform assets across Polkadot and Kusama.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about product strategy, DeFi and Web3 financial applications to join our current team.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute messaging and positioning for NUTS Finance’s product strategy
• Understands the strategic and competitive position of NUTS Finance and aim to deliver products and features (dApp, website, internal tracking solutions, etc.
• Work closely with a team of engineers and designers to deliver product on time
• Detail product benefits and features based on deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, product and implementation feasibility
• Prototype product ideas to engage user for feedback actionable insights
• Establish communication channels with users that informs roadmap priorities
• Develop varied go-to-market strategies in collaboration with growth and business development teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a startup or large tech company
• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• A dedication to ship the best possible version of the product, on time
• Experience starting new product initiatives from scratch and seeing them through to delivery
• Excellent organizational, cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
• Ability to operate and work effectively in a remote setting
• Bonus if the candidate is active with using DeFi protocols and/or participating in DAOs
• Bonus if the candidate has a strong interest for the world of DeFi, a passion for web3 technology and intellectual curiosity for a space that is rapidly maturing
