Overtime is hiring a

Product Manager, Web3 & NFTs

What You'll Do:

• Lead Overtime’s bracketX NFT project like a founder: Set the vision, manage the team (dev, design, community management, growth, business development); you’ll do whatever it takes to push the project on a day to day basis
• Build incredibly fun NFT based games - you’ll be responsible for the future contests and paid experiences that bracketX puts out
• Understand the web3 space, do things native to that community more than the regular OT fan. Guide vision and strategy for future projects from Overtime.
• Lead communications to our community, evangelize our mission, push our brand and narrative, help holders understand what they are apart of
• Wear a bajillion hats: doesn’t matter what comes up, you’ll make sure it gets done
• Figure out pricing, prizing, and token strategy: how much things cost to enter, how much people win etc
• Report directly on your success to Head of Product and CEO
  
  

Who You Are:

• Working in the web3 space already, or on an NFT project in some capacity - if you are new to the space this will not be a fit for you
• 1+ years of experience in Product Management. Bonus if you have experience in betting or paid gaming.
• Can think about game design - especially in regards to paid experiences around sports (betting-ish in nature)
• You can point to an amazing product you've built and talk about the decisions you made to make it so great
• EXCELLENT at communications: you will evangelize the mission of the project day to day, update the community regularly, attend live events to speak, and coordinate a large team of people with varying skills
• Familiarity with content, social media culture, and Gen Z audience behaviors
