We are looking for a Recruiter to assist the growing business in the coming months.

About the position

Groma is looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. You will have the chance to build relationships with some of the most talented people in the Boston market! You will have a direct impact, contributing to the expected growth of Groma, affecting the culture and business tremendously with the hyper-intelligent, driven and empathetic people you bring into the company.

Job Functions

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting including source, screen/assess, and assist with job offer and negotiation process job offers across a broad range of business areas
• Partner with hiring manager/teams to build and continuously improve upon effective sourcing and assessment approaches
• Possess the ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Be knowledgeable about the Groma business and mission as it relates to hiring across the organization
• Build relationships with hiring managers and interviewers across departments to facilitate stronger internal communication
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
• Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

Experience

• Experience managing end to end recruiting preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to simultaneously balance competing priorities and tasks
• Exceptional communication skills and a attention to detail
• Professional and a team player by nature
• Ambitious and motivated by a desire for professional and personal growth
