Solidity Developer – Blockchain – Remote
An expert team of former Google AI researchers and engineers, with extensive experience designing and implementing solutions to machine learning and numerical optimisation problems.

Profile
The ideal candidate should be an ambitious Blockchain Engineer looking to join an exciting and constantly growing Engineering team. As a Blockchain Engineer, you will work closely with our senior team members to aid the development and implementation of secure smart contract protocols and backend services to connect users with the ML ecosystem. The initial focus will be on the major DeFi protocols, primarily different AMMS and their derivatives.
Responsibilities
• Designing system architectures and creating lower-level specifications for junior members of the team
• Writing clean, straightforward, efficient code that satisfies acceptance criteria and specifications
• Developing and implementing critical components of the system
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software
• Providing mentoring in blockchain and engineering best practices to junior team members
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience using Solidity
• Previous experience within a Crypto native company is a must.
• Professional engineering experience working in a collaborative product-driven environment
• Experience with DeFi protocols
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning technology
• Experience owning the communication of project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners
• Ability to be creative and resourceful when tackling ambiguous technical challenges
• Experience in blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies, as a web3 developer and/or as a backend service developer
• Understanding of and experience building for web3 and on various Blockchains
Compensation
• Above market rate (Based on experience)
