Lazer Crypto is a specialized team within Lazer, comprising more than 30 full stack, web3 native engineers dedicated to building modern dApps and web3 solutions. This team helps founders and growing teams accelerate their product launches across various blockchain ecosystems. Our notable web3 clients include OpenSea, Base, Privy, Polymarket, Uniswap, Alchemy, Monad and others.

You’ll join Lazer as a consultant, collaborating closely with our team and clients — with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years shipping smart contracts in Solidity on EVM chains, with Solana experience as a bonus—deep grasp of cryptography, consensus, and decentralized systems.

• Security-obsessed: you hunt vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflows, access control, flash loans) and know your way around MythX, Slither, and formal verification.

• Fluent with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Remix, and The Graph—can spin up contracts fast and deploy to production without breaking a sweat.

• Natural at connecting smart contracts to backend systems, APIs, and protocols—you see on-chain and off-chain as one cohesive system.

• Consulting veteran who thrives in client-facing roles, navigating messy technical requirements and explaining complex tradeoffs to everyone from devs to execs.

• Comfortable deploying and scaling on GCP, AWS, or Azure with monitoring and reliability baked in from day one.

• Self-driven and autonomous, but you actually keep clients in the loop—you stay sharp on emerging standards and security best practices because you genuinely care.

What You'll Do:

• Dig into client problems and translate their needs into secure, gas-efficient smart contract architecture.

• Design, build, audit, and ship contracts on EVM and Solana—always with security and performance top-of-mind.

• Wire up smart contracts with backend systems, APIs, and external protocols without losing your mind or their funds.

• Spot vulnerabilities and write defensive code that actually holds up against attacks—you're paranoid in the best way.

• Lead technical strategy talks with clients on tokenomics, upgradability, and risk, keeping timelines real and expectations aligned.

• Push Lazer's smart contract game forward by sharing security insights, code patterns, and hard-won lessons with the team.

• Stay plugged into the latest protocol innovations and emerging threats—staying bored is not an option.

Nice to Have:

• Smart contract security audits or bug bounty wins

• Zero-knowledge proofs or advanced cryptography

• Built DeFi protocols, AMMs, or complex token mechanics

• Cross-chain bridging or multi-chain deployment experience
