Web3 Senior DevOps Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Deploy, automate ,maintain ,and manage systems ensuring high availability, performance and scalability
• Design and implement cloud solutions to support continuous delivery and continuous integration processes
• Periodically assess all monitoring requirements and implement necessary enhancements to meet changing/growing business needs.
• Work with senior leaders to develop complex, enterprise-level initiatives that are part of company’s overall strategic direction
• Maintain cloud service and infrastructure and be responsible for developing their automated discovery and monitoring using DevOps tooling and techniques.
• Aware of new technological trends, experiment with them and propose innovative ways to go forward with them.
• Maintain and manage the different tools and systems used to support the engineering needs of the organization inside and outside of CloudOps Engineering teams.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset on the tools based on the feedback and support requests received.
• Work across teams to foster a culture of architecture that allows for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
• Master the use of application and performance monitoring tools to proactively monitor trends, observability and provide actionable insights.
• Actively works with the security team, as well as across several teams, to apply the organization’s security strategy.
• Build relationships internally and externally to find improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to design the next generation of application deployment architecture, and develop the orchestration strategy and automation framework for the product delivery process.
• Support the agile software development process among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Define and implement the Disaster Recovery process
