Safe{Wallet} infrastructure is widely used by developers integrating Safe. It is used for multi-million dollar treasury operations and governance by top protocols like World, Aave, Balancer and Gnosis. With more innovations in security and user experience, Safe is poised exponential growth in DeFi and onchain asset management.

💻 About the role:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Security team. You will play a critical role in building, securing, and scaling the infrastructure that powers Safe - the largest multisig wallet in crypto. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic infra design, ensuring reliability, automation, and best practices across our services.

🗃️ What you will be doing:

• Own and improve our infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable systems

• Automate development, deployment, and release workflows (CI/CD, observability)

• Maintain and debug our service stack (AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform)

• Propose and implement cost, security, and architectural improvements

• Collaborate with product teams to enable faster development and delivery

• Configure monitoring and alerting (Datadog) to prevent and respond to incidents

🎒 What you will bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm

• Experience with Python or another programming language

• Linux administration expertise

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)

• Docker and containerization proficiency

• Monitoring and observability experience (Datadog or similar)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Web3 infra and blockchain networks

• Typescript and backend development exposure

• Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ familiarity

• PagerDuty (or equivalent) on-call management

• Hands-on security best practices
