Web3 Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for an incredible builder to help spearhead a 0 to 1 product launch as Amun looks to expand into an exciting new line of business. The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto, fintech, and delightful customer experiences. This role reports to the Head of Product for this new business.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate with key stakeholders on KPIs and what defines product success
• Conduct competitive analysis and user research to find unmet needs and actionable insights
• Collaborate with design to create simple, intuitive products
• Partner closely with engineering to run an efficient agile development cycle, based on clear prioritization criteria
• Work closely with data teams to build metrics that will inform decision-making
• Iterate rapidly by conducting a variety of data-driven experiments

What you need to be great in this role:

• Deep curiosity about crypto and fintech
• 4+ years experience working in a fast-paced, consumer-facing product role building front-end and back-end capabilities
• Ability to prioritize effectively against multiple, competing priorities
• Experience in launching a new product to market
• Equal parts design driven and data driven
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into a story
• Skilled at turning a complex problem into a simple solution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building products in a regulated environment is a plus
