We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in achieving this mission and vision. Responsibilities
1、Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for trading platform features, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
2、Collaborate with technical, design, compliance, and operations teams to define and implement product requirements, balancing user needs, business goals, and regulatory compliance.
3、Drive user research and market analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, delivering innovative solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
4、Create and manage clear product roadmaps for platform-wide features and internal tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
5、Optimize and scale operational workflows with robust internal tools to enhance the efficiency of support and management teams.
6、Analyze product performance using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.

Qualifications
1、6+ years of product manager experience, with a focus on cryptocurrency trading platforms or crypto payment companies.
2、Proven experience in developing and launching core platform features.
3、Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, and the completive product in the crypto industry.
4、Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
5、Data-driven approach to product development, with expertise in metrics and analytics tools to inform decision-making.
6、Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools.
7、Excellent communication, collaboration,  with fluency in English or Mandrain.
8、Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, adaptability, and problem-solving.
