OUR VISION

In the transformative world of Web3, it is an individual’s fundamental right to own and control their digital identity. To ensure that the individual is paramount in Web3, we are developing tools that enable everyone to engage and transact online in a safe and trusted way. Individuals are in control of what information they choose to share and with whom they choose to share it. We are developing a pioneering platform that combines the power of social experiences with Web3 Identity. This platform will provide individuals with access to interactive 3D experiences, verified communities, trusted transactions, the ability to prove ownership of their creations, and visibility and control over the data collected about them -- all designed to empower and benefit every Web3 user.

We believe that the decentralized nature of Web3 creates an opportunity for everyone to challenge the digital status quo—to own and control their identity, data, finances, creations, and future. This is the chance to get it right – to rally a movement of individuals focused on ensuring that Web3 belongs to everyone, not just to trillion-dollar companies. To fulfill this vision, we are seeking dynamic people who want to join us in leading the way to this new world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Senior Product Manager, Identity, you will own and drive the success of the identity features within our product application. You will act as a hub for gathering the requirements needed to build a web and mobile identity experience.

You will be working cross-functionally with multiple teams within Blockchains to build, develop and release features related to identity. You will work collaboratively and cross functionally with your peers to support areas of focus related to profiles, identity, reputation, credentials, identity verification and gamification. You will manage proactive communication with stakeholders and ensure that they understand the features, value propositions and capabilities. You will work closely with other Product Managers, our Engineering Management team, remote developer and UX teams, Brand, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure a seamless experience. You are highly collaborative, and you will own the Product Backlog for our mobile product, ensuring that features are scoped, defined, and prioritized for successful development. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering requirements and following our Product Development Process (PDP) to ensure that we are building our products in a structured and compliant manner.
  • Communicating with various stakeholders ensuring that everyone has a collective understanding of the product roadmap, upcoming features, strategy, and prioritization.
  • Creating needed artifacts for development teams to build from, such as wireframes, user flows, customer journey maps, persons, and data flows.
  • Providing expertise in defining business, product, user, and technical metrics for product tracking.
  • Owning relationships with third-party identity integration partners.
  • Coordinating with Marketing, Brand, and Business Development to ensure accurate product messaging.
  • Collaborating with our UX team to ensure a seamless user experience that meets the defined requirements.
  • Working cross-functionality within our delivery squads to ensure on-time delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

You are a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager with expertise in 0-1 product development and or mobile and web consumer products. You are motivated by envisioning how web3 can bridge users to a better internet, and you are a fervent advocate for the individual user. You bring some knowledge of Web3, decentralized systems, blockchain technologies, or Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) principles. In your prior experience, you have shown that you are an excellent communicator and negotiator – able to collaborate with peers and stakeholders to get things done. You have played an active part in helping take a product in the initial stages from zero to one. You may have experience in larger companies with more defined processes and pre-revenue companies that find scrappy solutions.

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

You live and breathe product management, with over 7 years of experience as either a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager. You have 3+ years of experience working on adjacent products (credentials, reputation, gamification, profiles, Identity Verification, integrations, and contacts). Experience working in Web3/Blockchain technologies and Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) or Social Network backgrounds preferred.
