Who we're looking for  ZORA is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy for assigned products. This role requires a highly experienced and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the product development process, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.  What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of product strategy for assigned products Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that all product projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives Continuously conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and ensure that the products meet customer needs Communicate progress and results to the cross-functional teams and leadership team Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices Manage the product development process, including product roadmaps and timelines Ensure that all products are delivered on time and budget Ensure that all products are accessible and inclusive for all users Work with external partners to develop and implement product partnerships and integrations

Skills we're looking for

Strong understanding of the product development process Strong leadership, communication, and management skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong project management and organizational skills Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis Strong understanding of the industry and target market Proven track record of creating high-quality user-centered products

We'd love it if you had

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role Strong understanding of the industry and target market Proven track record of creating successful products and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects Experience with agile product development methodologies Strong understanding of data analytics and how it can inform product decisions.
