Web3 Social Media Manager

Due to the company's project expansion, we are seeking an Social Media Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Strategise, plan and execute content and communications plan across social media channels (X, Discord, Reddit and others)
• Build, maintain, and grow mutually beneficial long-term relationships with key members of the community
• Work closely with the game development team to make sure community needs are aligned with development decisions
• Create and maintain core communication and community health metrics, and share them regularly with stakeholders
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance
• Ensure consistent tone across all channels. Keep up to date on trends within gaming, entertainment and web3

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience & 3+ years leadership experience in community management in web3 and at least basic knowledge in the videogame industry
• Strong knowledge of operating across all social media platforms
• Ability to communicate with the players and build relationships without cultural, technical, or language barriers
• A high level of copywriting and strong communication skills
• Proactive and creative approach to content creation
• Native or close to native level of English

Nice to have:

• Leading a small team experience
• Pipeline development experience
