Web3 Sr. Product Manager

Salary$175,500 - $300,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the product and business planning process across cross-functional teams
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities in differentiation
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Marketing, and Sales teams on the development, QA and release of products while balancing resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates AscendEX and its features across cryptocurrency exchange segments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, business or other related area of study
• Master’s degree in product design or engineering highly desired
• 8+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role in cryptocurrency industry, financial technology, or internet (consumer facing) environment(s), inclusive of delivery of finely tuned product strategies
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle and having worked as a product developer in a non-managerial role
• Prior experience with software and web development are a plus
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with professional and polished presentation/public speaking skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities
• Proven capability working with multiple cross-functional teams, sound judgment, high ethical standards and a strong work ethic are a must
• Analytical and problem-solving mind-set with ability to handle complex information with accuracy and precision
• Knowledge of digital asset trading or capital markets is a plus
• Proficient or fluent in Mandarin a plus
