Web3 Technical Product Manager

Ratio Finance is a Collateralized Debt Position protocol on Solana. Ratio Finance allows users to leverage their LP and other assets by minting “USDr” against their collateral with risk-adjusted stability fees and collateralization requirements. We are looking for a full-time technical product manager to communicate between Ratio Finance Leadership and its developers to ensure proper project management and expansion of Ratio’s product offerings.

Responsibilities

-Understand the goals and objectives of Ratio Finance and communicate this into development sprints -Create architecture, designs, and documentation that will lead to consistent reliability, scalability, security, and performance of Ratio Finance -Manage core developers and ensure that responsibilities are being properly allocated -Ensure that Ratio’s technical resources are used responsibility so that all deliverables are made within established timelines
-Contribute to technical documentation and development as needed -Work with other members of the team to fulfill multidisciplinary goals such as the implementation of new risk models or tailored services. -Work with our quants to implement new models into development

Requirements

-3+ years professional technical experience in (or exposure to) one or more of the following: Rust, C, C++, Javascript / Node.js, Solidity -Masters of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 3+ years of experience as a professional software developer or evangelist. -Has contributed to open-source projects. -Familiarity with decentralized finance is strongly preferred. Bitcoin/Ethereum/Blockchain-related open source project experience and a portfolio of such works
