Web3 Technical Recruiter (Employer Branding)

Your mission

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated individual to help us hire the best talent at Kronos. You will be constantly challenged to show creativity to achieve hiring results. You will work closely with technical leaders, hiring managers and the People Team to plan and execute innovative hiring/talent acquisition marketing strategies, helping bring the world's top talent to Kronos. In this role you will have a direct impact on Kronos’s growth as we find and attract the highest quality tech talent. The ideal candidate is results-driven and has the drive to get things done, that can successfully scale teams of fast-growing tech organizations for both technical and non-technical roles.


What you’ll do:

  • Recruit exceptional top talent to join Kronos’s rapidly growing team
  • Partner closely with CEOs, CTO and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
  • Expert at owning and driving the attraction strategy. Able to thoughtfully set out the target company/university and prioritize effectively based on key market insights.
  • Knowledge of different sourcing platforms and leveraging social media for sourcing
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates; sell Kronos as an employer of choice
  • Act as a champion for top-notch candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Experience in tech hiring across different European locations
  • Developing the employer brand through ongoing advertising and promotion
  • Design and implement compelling People-oriented campaigns and brand experiences aligned with our core values.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to guarantee that our brand voice is woven into the right channel strategy, content planning, event planning, thought leadership, and engagement campaigns.
  • Create and executive social branding content on our channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium.
  • Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring the roadmap stays aligned with organization objectives.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 3-5 year+ experience at a fast pace, hyper-growth tech startup or headhunting firm
  • Strong influence and outreach abilities in the tech, fintech, or financial industries
  • Knowledge of the technology market in Europe.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, complex and ever-evolving environment.
  • Have passion to build a strong employer brand through creative brand storytelling
  • Have track record of designing and executing successful brand or marketing campaigns;
  • Support digital PR activities in the Polish and international start-up/tech market,
  • Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker and help execute a roadmap towards business goals with creative problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and native in Polish.
  • Result-driven, detail and deadline orientated, independent, responsible and a team player.
  • Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and enhance the multi-faceted, multi-channel and global brand presence in a consistent manner.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously, while exhibiting exceptional team skills

Salary:Base PLN 8000 - PLN 12000 per month, discretionary bonus can be much higher
