Web3 Training and Quality Assurance Specialist

Bittrex considers training and quality assurance a vital tool in serving our customers. The Training Specialist will work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership to coordinate the development, presentation, and tracking of training. The ideal candidate excels at instruction, building relationships with SMEs, excellent communication skills, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Work with support leadership to develop effective and scalable training programs from conception to implementation
• Develop and maintain a training matrix
• Manage and maintain relationships with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure training is maintained
• Develop and track metrics related to training effectiveness
• Review and revise current workflows to ensure accuracy and ease of use
• Work with SMEs to ensure trainings are accurate and functional
• Schedule training assignments and deploy applicable messaging
• Other tasks as necessary

Basic Qualifications, skills, and abilities:

• 3+ years of experience developing and leading training
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, education finance or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience with Articulate Software, Zendesk, and Slack
• Technical aptitude for navigating customer support environment and work independently with little oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to quickly learn and apply customer support best practices
• Strong time management and organization skills

Location Requirement:

• This job is located in Bellevue, Washington
