Web3 UI Designer

Responsibilities
- Develop standard UI components and >- Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces.
- Provide insights and incorporate feedback into product designs.
- Create prototypes to catch design weaknesses and perform usability testing.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
- Discovering design optimization points, improving design standards.
- Work closely with UX designers and front-end developers.

Qualification
- Open to non-graduates.
- Excellent UI design portfolio.
- Passionate and understanding about blockchain.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive about ideas and confident enough to speak up when you have an opinion.
- Enjoy teaching others.
- A sense of ownership of the product.
