About the Role

As a Visual Designer, you’ll support Figure’s design team for both our personal and business side. This role is responsible for supporting the design and marketing team initiatives at all levels from concept to production.

What You'll Do

• Maintain, update and refresh our current site as needed
• Concept and build landing pages that are aligned with project briefs
• Work with our dev team to ensure that our designs are launched with pixel perfection
• Create and maintain our web design system
• Execute design projects in compliance with brand standards
• Collaborate with designers and marketing managers to deliver effective designs
• Deliver design assets that meet business goals
• Support the design team on web and digital projects
• Clearly articulate your thoughts and design decisions
• Familiarity with A/B testing and analyzing performance

What You've Done

• 2-3 years of experience designing web interfaces and interactions
• A solid understanding of interaction design
• Experience working with developers for launches and QA
• An understanding of web abilities and limitations
• Knowledge of working in column and grid systems
• An eagerness to learn and execute in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge in creating excellent experiences for all viewports
• A passion for fintech
• Experience in Figma
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid typography and layout skills
• Online portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating as well as working independently
• Photo experience a plus
• Experience with HTML/CSS a plus
