About Customer Success
The Customer Success team at ConsenSys is focused on exactly that: making our customers successful. We’re looking for people who will step towards a customer who is asking for help and respond with innovative and creative ideas to help them course-correct. What you’ll do
As part of the Strategy team within Customer Success, you will be helping us produce and maintain an accessible, informative and engaging library of visual content to enable customers to get the most out of our products.
Many millions of users access our knowledge base already. Through your multimedia and graphic design contributions, you will play a key role in enhancing knowledge base content, supporting these users to access concise, clear support materials as easily as possible. Growing user numbers will place ever greater pressure on Customer Success as a whole, and enhancing our support content will be one aspect of our strategy for managing this demand, creating content that helps users self-resolve their queries.
You will be working closely with the department’s technical writers, who are responsible for maintaining and writing customer support content. However, once you’re established, we expect you to feel confident to express your own ideas and bring your creative energy to the team. You will be able to choose how to translate your content creation skills into materials that will best serve users. In addition to others in Customer Success, you will also work with colleagues from across ConsenSys as needed, such as product or marketing teams, to improve your understanding of the Web3 space, our products, and the challenges users face.
In the first instance, you will be working on the below content types. However, these suggestions are flexible according to your preferred content direction and vision for our knowledge base and beyond:
- Videos and animations, including, for example, walkthroughs of specific tasks, or explainers of key concepts
- Diagrams and infographics, distilling written content into complementary visual aids
- Images, such as banners for articles.
This list is by no means exhaustive. We look forward to you bringing your own ideas to the role, and proactively identifying needs and suggesting features that you think will have the highest impact.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in content creation/graphic design roles.
- Familiarity with essential software, such as the elements of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). We have no particular preference here: you’ll have the freedom to use whichever software best suits your needs and ours.
- The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying areas for improvement or creative opportunities and acting on them.
- A natural communicator with a keen appreciation of how to share ideas and concepts – primarily visually, but also through words.
- An understanding of the priorities and objectives of customer support.
- Enthusiasm for new ideas, solutions and directions that will help continuously improve our support materials.
- Time management skills: we prefer trust instead of micro-managing.
- Comfortable engaging with new concepts, technology and emerging Web3 trends
- The ability to collaborate effectively across timezones and teams without losing sight of our core goals.
- Willingness to continually challenge yourself and develop.
Any of these skills would be a plus:
- Prior experience and/or interest in blockchain, crypto or Web3. (Although it would be beneficial, you do not need technical knowledge for this role; just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.)
- Experience with:
- Copywriting, editing, proofreading
- Front-end web languages, e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc.
- Zendesk (specifically, Zendesk Guide)
- Social media content creation
- Voiceovers
- Filming
- Photography
- Audio recording and editing
- One or more foreign languages (to native speaker level).
