The starting date is as soon as possible in our new office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

  • Activate and leverage your existing network with banks in Switzerland and/or the European Union
  • Manage and lead the sales pipeline for digital asset services with a focus on custody, trading, staking, and tokenisation
  • Collaborate with business development on the existing client base, including cross-selling of services, marketing, and event activities
  • Further develop and implement business and sales strategies
  • Develop new sales channels, platforms, and partnerships
  • Further develop service offering by providing client feedback and market intelligence
  • Employ a systematic sales process with CRM-guided pipeline and prospect management
  • Absolute must: Extensive and proven client network into financial institutions, like banks, custodians, and global asset management firms in Switzerland and/or Europe
  • At least 10-year institutional sales track record in a bank, custody provider, financial data company, or similar
  • Experienced in all aspects of relationship building for the institutional client segment
  • Strong networking skills and passion to interact with people
  • Interested to travel often and attend/organise conferences, events, and roadshows
  • Interest in digital assets and crypto
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is a must
