In this role, you will work directly with our clients to design, implement, and deliver custom solutions that meet their unique requirements.
You will act as a technical expert and bridge the gap between client needs and our product capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Build and implement custom tools, integrations, and scripts to enhance client operations using Fireblocks’ platform.
- Work on both frontend and backend components to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Assist clients in integrating with Fireblocks APIs and developing workflows for crypto and web3 operations.
- Provide technical training and guidance to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of custom solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies.
- Hands-on experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of blockchain and crypto development, including smart contracts, web3 libraries, and wallet integrations.
- Understanding of security protocols and best practices in crypto and blockchain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients.
- Experience with Fireblocks or similar crypto platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
