The key management team in Fireblocks is responsible for the software components that govern the
creation, management, and usage of cryptographic keys, in the context of making on-chain and off-chain operations for our clients, directly handling the most sensitive and secret bits of information within the Fireblocks platform, while operating in an extremely adversarial environment.

Among other things, this includes implementing cryptographic algorithms and protocols, exploring possible integrations (for example, with hardware security modules, to securely store and manage cryptographic keys), designing and implementing backup and recovery procedures, improving the performance of cryptographic operations such as reducing the time it takes to generate keys or sign data, all while ensuring that all cryptographic operations are performed in the most secure manner and while taking into consideration scalability aspects.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in C++ development.
- 2+ years of experience as a team leader.
- Experience with cryptography - advantage.
- Experience working on a high-scale distributed system - advantage.
- A security-oriented approach and mindset. Experience with secure coding practices. 
- A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable to independently explore, propose and implement well thought out solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
