Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and technically skilled Senior Director of Product Strategy to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AI-driven projects, working closely with the CTO to evaluate and operationalize new technological opportunities. You will seamlessly transition between technical meetings and high-level stakeholder conversations, with a focus on driving operational implementation of projects for both short-term business outcomes and long-term technology moats.

a Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Evaluation: Partner with the CTO to assess new project concepts and opportunities from business leaders against technology capabilities and potential business outcomes
• Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies
• Operational Implementation: Drive the execution of AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze technology trends, especially in AI, to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across departments to integrate AI strategies with broader company objectives and operational capabilities, including Legal, Privacy, Product and Engineering
• Technical Expertise: Participate in technical discussions and planning, providing insights and expertise on AI and related technologies, evaluating potential technology partners and in-house technology capabilities
  
  

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or hands-on experience shipping products built on emerging technologies
• Proven experience in product strategy or similar roles, with a focus on AI technologies
• Strong fundamental understanding of AI and machine learning, coupled with the continued curiosity to improve your understanding
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from ideation to operational deployment
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $185,500.00-300,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
