We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Growth Marketer to join our team at GoSats. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives that attract and convert potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition marketing strategies to drive user growth and increase customer acquisition.
  • Identify and target key customer segments through effective market research and analysis.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, landing pages, and ad creative to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of marketing campaigns to optimize results and drive improvements.
  • Utilize marketing analytics and data-driven insights to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Continuously explore new channels and opportunities for customer acquisition, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with product positioning and brand messaging.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to drive efficient and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and emerging trends in the fintech and cryptocurrency industries.

Requirements:

  • Proven record to acquire customers at low CAC.
  • Needs to have B2C experience. Experience in FinTechs is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Wittiness and out-of-the-box thinking is a must.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the fintech industry and cryptocurrency is a plus.
