What you’ll do 👀
- Build, support and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio.
- Work closely with our Security team to enforce security & patching policies.
- Responsible for Authentication services (Okta), Endpoint management(JAMF) and Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom).
- Maintain IT best practices and policies for the organisation.
- Support IT owned systems and maintain controls.
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures.
- Respond to and collaborate IT incident responses.
- Contribute to our overall approach and standards within the IT Operations discipline.
- Evangelise the adoption of new tools.
- Escalation point for members of the IT / Risk Organization.
- On Call Duties / Escalation path for IT Support Organization
You should apply if you have ✅
- 3+ years of JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems.
- Knowledgeable with Scripting (i.e. Bash, Python, Powershell).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box when complex problems arise.
- Ability to travel.
- Knowledgeable with the latest Zero Trust and Zero Touch methodologies.
- Self motivated and possess an eagerness to learn new technologies.
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge and experience of financial markets or banking.
- Adaptability to an ever-changing environment and the capability to articulate thorough analysis to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an environment where scalability is critical.
