We're looking for a Working Student CRM Manager for our Marketing Team who will play a key role in executing automated CRM campaigns which will communicate the launch of exciting new features and promotions. In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of campaigns crucial to our activation and retention KPIs. You will be trained in the core principles of CRM management, and utilize your technical expertise.

Your mission

• You update and create HTML/CSS within our existing framework and >
• You perform deliverability testing and bug fix
• You work on data Audits, validate and QA segmentation
• You will contribute to specific campaign performance analysis
• You initiate suggestions and ideate new tests and tactics based on segmentation, personalization, and customer insights to help improve performance
• You analyse and research trends within the fintech industry and CRM

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree at a German University in Marketing, Business Administration or any similar fields
• You have basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation as well as A/B testing concepts
• You bring proficiency with HTML/CSS and feel working with Google Workspace and Excel
• You trust your strong data analytics skills and have attention to detail
• You are a self-learning individual, and demonstrating a strong desire and ability to learn on the job
• You enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders
• You are a communicator by heart, both written and verbal with fluency in English, whereas German is optional
• Bonus if you have experience working with databases as well as SQL knowledge
