Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and construction of the digital assets social trading community from 0 to 100, in-depth research on industry trends and competitive product dynamics, participating in the formulation of community business phased development strategies, and formulating community product roadmap
• In-depth study of target users in different countries and regions around the world, continue to collect user feedback, explore user demand scenarios, and design user-friendly, innovative and competitive product solutions in all aspects of experience, functions, and content
• Formulate product iteration priority and project plan, coordinate PD, RD, QA and other departments to promote project implementation and product launch, and control the entire process of project implementation in an efficient and orderly manner
• Pay close attention to core business indicator data, regularly produce valuable analysis reports, formulate business growth and operation plans in a targeted manner, coordinate market, business and other team landing plans and achieve growth goals.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
• 5+ years of product manager experience, product work experience in well-known IT/blockchain companies is preferred, community product experience is preferred
• Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English or overseas study/work experience is preferred
• Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
• Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments
