As our Office Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind creating an efficient, welcoming, and inspiring workplace. From organising unforgettable company events to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, your impact will be felt across the entire team. You'll take charge of everything from managing office supplies and coordinating post to curating thoughtful welcome gifts and celebrating special milestones. Your efforts will help foster a vibrant and engaging work environment, where every Ramper feels valued and set up for success. Whether it’s arranging legendary lunches, ensuring flawless onboarding, or assisting with our exciting Warsaw office move, you’ll be instrumental in making our office a space where creativity and collaboration thrive. Organising company events that Rampers will love. Managing post, including sending important documents, contracts, and packages. Planning and coordinating delicious company lunches and breakfasts. Keeping the office stocked, organised, and ready for action. Supporting the organisation of business trips. Creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new Rampers. Marking special occasions like work anniversaries and key company milestones. Managing vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations. Handling entrance cards and company equipment. Tracking invoices and budgets with precision. Administering user accounts on our tools and platforms. Being the first friendly face to greet Rampers when they arrive at the office. Assisting with our exciting Warsaw office move.

  🤟🏻 What You’ll Bring

A sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude. Creative ideas to elevate the office experience and make our workspace exceptional. Strong English communication skills (B2 or above)—you’ll use it every day. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro. Attention to detail and accuracy when managing documents, shipments, and tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills, paired with a positive mindset. Availability to work in our Warsaw office 5 days a week.
