This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the product and related products
• Work in close relationships with a large institutional external client to build solutions that work for them
• Collaborate with other protocol teams
  

• 5+ years experience in Software Development
• Deep understanding of OOD/OOP distributed systems
• Designing and developing large scale, high availability software preferably in GoLang
• Very strong cross-cultural communication skills including communicating with internal engineers and stakeholders, as well as outside clients
• Experience analysing data structures and algorithms and issues related to scale, security and availability
• Experience working with language and compiler design or crypto engineering
• Experience with and/or interest in some of the following areas:
• Distributed systems
• Database and large-scale storage systems
• Big data processing systems
• Operating systems
• Performance analysis and optimisation
• Cryptography
• Blockchains
• Comfortable operating in an Agile environment
• 2+ years in a client facing environment
• Collaborative, communicative and confident in their abilities to work well with all team members at all seniority and skill levels
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a servant leadership position.
  
Potential Skills

• Experience and/or interest in cryptography
• Fluency in other languages (Python, Go, Java, C++)
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and passionate about the prospect of decentralised technologies
• You frequent meet ups and are comfortable speaking to a community of developers
• You have experience working within true agile environment
• Experience working in a start-up culture
• A willingness to help out where needed - regardless of the scope of your role
• An understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more
