About You
A passion for the crypto and Web3 space and excitement around engaging large communities around new products
Have direct experience running, building and cultivating a community on social channels
Active in the crypto and Web3 communities on: Discord, Twitter, Telegram and Reddit
An independent, self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Ozone leadership and its Web3 deployment partners to promote Ozone’s Web3 initiatives to its community
Use customer support tools to manage inbound non-technical user questions and triage applications bugs to engineers
Represent the voice of the company in user-facing communications
Maintain, moderate and promote a vibrant community culture on Ozone’s social platforms
Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering team
Keep internal and external informational resources up to date in an environment of rapid iteration
Contribute ideas and effort to our brand, content, and community strategies
Minimum Qualifications
Exposure in Web3, crypto and blockchain community outlets across on platforms such as: Telegram, Twitter, Discord and Reddit
Prior experience in building, growing and managing communities
Understanding of NFT ecosystems and user experience
Competent working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
