Job Description
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for front-end, server-side, and database application development in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s applications focused on blockchain applications that support MPC digital wallets. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills equal to the challenges of a complex application and industry. Reports directly to Head of Enterprise Application Architecture and Development.
You Will
- Work with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and implement application features in front-end, server-side, and database tiers according to the company’s standards for architecture and secure application development
- Implement services for data acquisition and integration into the company’s data tier
- Follow procedures related to software configuration and the delivery pipeline for application development
- Perform unit, commit, integration, and non-functional (performance, penetration, security) testing necessary to assure that the software is releasable
- Troubleshoot data issues in development, test, and production environments, to include the use of performance metrics and test reports to identify problem areas
- Strong working knowledge of MPC cryptographic computation for wallets
- Strong working knowledge in developing apps that handle crypto currencies like BTC, ETC, USDT/C, ADA, SOL, AVAX, DOGE
- Strong understanding on developing smart contract applications
- Daily use of typical IDE and source management tools Git/GitHub
- Familiar with design patterns and have a solid understanding Linux/Unix operating system principle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and must have the interpersonal skills necessary to successfully collaborate with teammates and report to stakeholders -- technical and non-technical
- Conscientious regard for quality and the needs of the customer
- Able to prioritize tasks and accomplish assignments autonomously
- Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly in a self-directed manner and to keep up with best practices and current technology in the relevant areas
- Solid analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and work well as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team
- A bachelor’s degree in CIS or equivalent experience with at least 5+ years of experience in application development
- 5 years developing applications that integrate to the top ten blockchain networks, Web3, Dapp, Solidity, and digital wallet technologies
- 5 years in back-end programming languages: Python, Go, Rust, C++, NodeJs, and Java
- Expert designing object-oriented JavaScript or (preferably) Typescript
- Worked with a front-end framework for JavaScript such as Angular, React, or (preferably) Vue
- Experience in AWS,GCP, Azure cloud infrastructure and deployments like Cognito(IAM), ATLAS/MongoDB, and RDS/PostGresSQL
- Familiarity with RESTful web API development on both producer and consumer sides
- Financial services and crypto trading experience very desirable
- MacOS Laptop experience as your development hardware system
