FUNCTION
We’re looking for a Social Media Communications Specialist to build an awesome community across our various social media channels that reflects the Nifty's vision and culture. The Social Media Communications Specialist will manage community content on Nifty's social medial platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and Discord with the goal to shape and grow the Nifty's community.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
- In partnership with Social Media Lead assist in development, implementation and management of our social media strategy
- In partnership with Social Media Lead, brainstorm and develop social first campaigns in line with the Nifty's brand.
- Manage scheduling and publication of planned social media content
- Continuously Monitor conversation and respond to (appropriate) consumer questions and feedback in a timely fashion across all social media channels
- Assist in social media copywriting, ensuring all messaging is engaging and positions Nifty's as thought leader in the NFT space.
- Build, maintain and leverage a strong network of industry professionals and influencers via social media & discord.
- Measure, report and communicate performance of owned initiatives and influencer/partnerships.
- Work with brand design and brand marketing to ensure content is informative, consistent and creative
- Collaborate with Partnership, Customer Success, Design and Product teams to provide up to date and accurate content
- In partnership with Social Media Lead, establish and execute against KPI's
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Use social media marketing and project management tools
- Keep abreast of the latest Web3 and social media best practices and technologies
- Stay close to users in the ecosystem to understand their needs and provide the engineering team with key user insights and problems to solve
- Be an internal advocate for users to ensure we are solving for their pain points
- Provide constructive feedback
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- One to two years related experience in community support or social medial management
- Proven work experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Sprout Social and Brandwatch
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
