About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Discord Community Leader to manage and grow our vibrant Web3 community. The ideal candidate should have a native-level proficiency in English or have studied or worked in an English-speaking country. They should also possess prior experience in managing moderators and have a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of moderators to ensure the community adheres to guidelines and maintains a high standard of discourse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute community events, contests, and campaigns
- Monitor community sentiment and proactively address any concerns or issues that arise
- Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community management and the Web3 space
Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency or experience studying or working in an English-speaking country
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community management within the Web3 industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of moderators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Discord's features and best practices for community management
- Passion for Web3 and a deep understanding of the ecosystem, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
