We are seeking a Client Servicing Agent to join the Flipster operations team. The ideal candidate must possess a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, basic knowledge of financial products and exchange services. In this role, you will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related inquiries, account registration and account management related inquiries, promotion and event inquiries, troubleshooting platform issues and managing escalation and follow up of user inquiries. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Handling user inquiries, including Account registration and account management, KYC related inquiries, Promotion, and Event related inquiries, Wallet and Asset related inquiries 
    • Managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders
    • Community management and providing support across multiple channels

What we want you to have

    • Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English to liaise with Korean-speaking stakeholders
    • Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
    • Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

    • Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
    • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
    • Community management or support experience
    • Experience working at a high-growth startup/tech company
